Should I get my adenoids removed?

I have a lot of breathing issues, interrupted sleep, and a dry throat and drippy nose, both of which come and go. I don't know for a fact that all of these symptoms are linked to enlarged adenoids (well actually, I'm only unsure about the sleep, because the doctor told me that the other symptoms were a result of the adenoids), but I do know that my adenoids are pretty large. It's not as bad as when I was a kid, but I honestly can't remember the last time I was able to breathe comfortably through my nose like a normal person. I mean, I'm used to it, but it's still annoying. I'm also wondering about the risks of the surgery. And I wonder if my case is even that severe, since the doctor never told me that I could get them surgically removed. I just happened to find out on the internet. i have always had high nitrates in my tank (20 ppm) but today i found my candy cane coral and my hammer coral not having its sweeper tentacles out which i found that weird because they always come out at night. i tested my water parameters and my nitrate are 40ppm, ph 8.0, nitrite and ammonia at 0. my calcium has been really high for the past month at 560 and my dkh has been really high too at 17. i use a di system for my water changes and top off. i have done so many water changes to lower my nitrate levels and nothing seems to bring it down. we have cut off the feeding because maybe we were over feeding and nothing. what can i do to lower my nitrate? i know my ph is low too. i put it some ph buffer to get my ph back up

My mom refuses to clean her house.?

I'm 16 and still living with my mom. My 19 year old brother is still at home and working two jobs. We used to live in a two story house and it was a mess. Due to unforeseen cirstances, we had to move into a mobile home. Our house is three bedroom and two bathroom with a little living room and kitchen. My mom is 50 and works a job from 6:30am to 1:30pm Monday-Friday. Our house is such a mess that you can't even walk through the entire house without jumping over something, (our house is only seventy feet long) kicking something, or stepping on something. I have tried to clean it at least five times in the last year, and every time I do it goes back to exactly how it was before. Plus, I can't even clean it all because she has to go through all the envelopes and paper. The kitchen is full of containers that are not supposed to be reused. I try to throw them away, but she keeps taking them out of the garbage. She's constantly complaining about my aunt who has three full storage sheds of junk, but she has one full one plus the house. She's constantly complaining about how tired she is, and constantly watching TV or using her laptop. Kitchen utensil duplicates are being purchased because we can't find the ones we have. We are also wasting a lot of money by going out to eat because our kitchen is hidden. My friends invite m to their houses, but I can't because of the mess. If I ever get a boyfriend, I would also like to be able to have him come over without being embarred. Mother-in-Law treats my child different?

Ok so my boyfriend and I have been together for about a year and a half, we've been living together for about six months now. She asked me what he needs for his bday because she'd like to buy him a gift. My son wants to play outside, she invites the stepson. She does these things because he is part of the family now. And there was something wrong with the soil or the first lawn wouldn't have needed replacement. If you have any proof that the lawn was laid over the existing turf, take him to court. How quickly was it lain? Because it would of taken at least a day to properly remove old turf and add new soil. did he charge you for removal.

The Host is completely different to the Twilight Saga, but I enjoyed them both as much as each other. The Host is a bit slow-starting, but once you get into it, it's really good and you will enjoy it! I am very much opposed to it, however, I am a firm supporter of the safe haven laws where a parent is immune to criminal prosecution if they leave their baby in a safe location such as a hospital. While I don't like the concept a mother just leaving her child like that and not facing responsibility for her actions, I think it helps to think back to why child abandonment is so horrible. Because it leaves an innocent to die. And when a mother leaves her child in a safe location, it meant she intended it to be discovered and cared for, not just left to fate. And I think I can tolerate withholding punishment for that.

It must be a ride-on with a seat belt and a push handle for me. It can't be a car with sides. Her legs are out to the sides like a split and then bent down. I need some way to get her out and about. I can't find a wagon wide enough and she really likes to sit up. So a ride on push toy is best. But her feet can't touch the ground obviously. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Why is my Westie constantly itching his face?

I asked this question before about the itching, and afterward went to the vet. The vet put him on a hypoallergenic dry food, prednisone pills, and gave him a shot for possible mange. (If it is mange he will get more shots.) He does look much better than he did and the prednisone masked the itch, BUT he hasn't taken it for a few days now and the itch is back. He itches his face like crazy. I have given him very very few treats or anything besides the food for the past few weeks. I'm thinking that this isn't a food allergy. I'm really hoping it's not mange, because my other dog will more than likely end up with it.

My 2 year old Jack Russell has so many problems. I can't housebreak her and her aggression level has risen.

I've tried everything in the world to help housebreak my dog. But the problem is when she goes outside, she doesn't urinate completely. She does a little at a time and then when she's in the house, she finishes her business. She can't hold it in is what I'm saying. Also, her agression level has elevated immensley. Pain in groin area? Kidney stones?

For about a month now i have had a pain that comes in waves (on and off) that sometimes feels like its going from my groin down one side of my leg. It changes sides also. Ive also had a sharp shooting pain in my that comes and goes. A few months ago i had a kidney stone and it was 7mm in diameter and apparently i havent ped it. I was told by my doctor that stones that size may need to be surgically removed. Does this sound like the kidney stone making its way along or something more sinister? How to switch from bosal to snaffle bit?

I have a 5 yr old rescue mare that is great in a bosal(backs,stops,neckreins etc) but when introduced to a large snaffle starts tossing her head and tries to evade the bit in general. She also shoulders out on the lunge line and tries to do so when I go in circles when I ride her. I have tried "bitting her up" do to the head tossing and the stiffness issues with abhorence to the people at the boarding stable I have her at who have made it clear this is a very cruel practice. I had her very loosely tied for maybe 2-5 minutes each side where once she flexed she had relief from bit pressure-but was pretty much made into being an abuser.I try to ride her into circles and have her flex her head when I am on back-with lots of head tossing-when I was "bitting her up beforehand" without the criticism, she seemed to be more flexible and less evasive. I think the track is decent. I LOVE the nearly mile long front straight. The only drawback with that is that F1 allows blocking, otherwise you could possibly see overtaking on it-Americans p, Europeans overtake. The rest of the track is challenging with the elevation changes and quick changes of direction. The chicane is extremely Mickey-Mouse and imo would be best served removed. Overall, Fuji International Speedway is an okay track, but nowhere near the level of Suzuka.
