Dead Space, Army of two,or The Chronicles of Rid: ault on Dark Athena ?

Ok i want to buy one of the following games. I heard Dead Space is scary and the army of two is fun. I also heard the chronicles have high ratings. i want to play with my friends. i think army of two might get a bit boring while I'm also buying Infamous so the chronicle is too similar. Help.
