Can i convert more than one project with ConvertXtoDVD 3?

I am using a registered version of convertxtodvd, and i would like to "batch" convert a tv show series. I want to convert a whole series to dvd, and i was wondering if i could covert them all and have convertxtodvd seperate them or something
