Other Cultures & Groups: Why do you think white people want to move to a neighborhood like Harlem?

I went to Harlem today to get some shoes as a gift to my little brother, and there were so many white people. Some were even jogging as if they were in Central Park. It was kind of surreal. Like something off the Twilight zone.
