How to go about working in Medical Aesthetics?

Hi. I am 20 years old and almost ready to graduate and get my Esthetics License. I live in Maryland and would like to know how I should go about becoming a Medical Aesthetican. My next move would be to get training and become a LPN. Do you think this is enough medical training to be able to work in a Dermatologists office? Or with Plastic Surgeons doing non-surgical procedures of course. Like Microdermabrasion, Botox, Dermal fillers, Pulsating lights ext. ? I just feel like an RN degree would have me paying for more training than I need for what I would like to do. I am beginning to get stressed out because for some reason I can't get a straight answer or a answer that helps me out for the life of me. So if you have any advice I would be so happy to hear it.
