Can someone give me some insight on my blood work?

Had some blood work done and everything was within range and the ones that were high were just barely high. The ones I am concered about is my AST 23 (should be 0-31), my ALK was 66 (should be 5-36 and my GGT was 88 (should be 35-104). Glucose was 100 (should be 70-99). Could anyone tell me if I should be concered with these areas that are high
