Im 5 days late and still no sign of my period could I be pregnant, tests are all neg.?

My husband and I want to have a baby girl... lol we have 2 boys, but anyways Im 5 days late and my are so sore, and they never are, but every time I take a pregnancy test it is always negative. I don't want to go to the doctor if Im just late or something.... I hate doctors plus I din't have my insurance card yet... we switched our insurance company. Im not stressed about anything, my diet isn't really bad, I just don't know what to do. My other two pregnacies were kinda unplanned so I didn't pay attention to any signs. Am I pregnant or just late??? Is there anything to do besides wait and go to the doctor?
