2 qs. What is the world is a twink? And How do you get itchy down there, from trimming the hairs?

Okay seen this on this site. The word twink has been used to answer some gay bi blah blah questions. And the trimming.. I have to be honest. I am not just trimming, shaving down there. Why and How cann you stop this? I want to be hairless, Its been a dream. And btw, i am gay and i am 15. :)
