Recently found out i have a mild case of fatty liver?

I have recently found out I have a mild case of fatty liver infiltration. My AST and ALT levels are very high. I have also had an ultrasound for this. I have not taken any Tylenol, ibuprofen, or Motrin in 10 days and I am not obese or nor do I drink. I am very confused as to what is going on and what could have brought his on. This is very frustrating. Any advise would be great!
